We used DRB several years ago when purchasing our home, and the service was quick, professional, and extremely helpful. It was such a relief to work with an appraisal service we could trust. I highly recommend this company.
Derrick was prompt and friendly. I gave 3 stars because upon entering our home I explained to him that we don't wear shoes on the carpeted areas of our home. His response was "That's ok I haven't stepped in anything bad yet" and at no time did he remove his shoes! I should have spoken up right then and insisted he removed his shoes when entering carpeted areas but I was in disbelief at his response and initially I thought he was joking.
