I have dealt with this business for 14 years and I never had any issues until the new person took over my policies (Ashley.) She is extremely rude on the phone AND will not let you speak. Just brutal. Terrible customer service And asking her to speak to a manager or leave a message for a manager …apparently I’m not able to do that ?!?! Or even get a full name of a manager, ? I could not get that either Nice ! Done with these guys.
