I had no wait, staff were very nice to me, had a proper assessment/work up and am on the mend now. How health care in Alberta should be. 5/5

We were in the area camping and my son had an emergency. The nurse and doctor were top notch and made him very comfortable. They helped us immediately. Thank you so much!

I've had tonsilitis over and over again for years. Was in there about a week ago and got antibiotics for it, went back today cause my tonsilitis is back. They wouldn't listen to me at all and cut me off when I was trying to tell them whats been going on. They just assumed it was covid, they asked me if I was vaccinated and when I said no the nurse rolled her eyes at me. My husband went in to emergency this morning at the DVH. He's been complaining of intense neck pain the past couple days and didnt think much of it but thought he should get checked out since doctors know better. Well he did get checked out this morning, kind of. Doctor kind of looked at him and decided he only had a stiff neck and needed a massage, prescribed him muscle relaxants and sent him off.
