As always Candice and the service providers checked me in quickly and solved the vehicle issue quickly which two other Ford dealerships couldn't do. I also had my truck serviced and detailed and the cleaning was done beyond my expectations. Again it was another positive visit to DV Ford.

Service team were very friendly at check in and on the phone but vehicle was returned dirty inside when I dropped it off clean as my husband is wheelchair ridden and need to keep passenger side clean for him, disappointed. Chantelle followed up with me to correct the issue I had, much appreciated that you responded to my concern and made it right..Thank you.
