You can never get an appointment. You phone as soon as the surgery opens and you are on hold for ages. When the receptionist answers you are told there are no more appointments, phone back tomorrow and go through the same poor system again. There are never any appointments online and you cannot book an appointment in advance as there is never anything. Really disappointing.
Awful. Always late. Don’t actually help. Just a waste of time. Don’t bother.
It's so difficult to get to see anyone at this surgery these days. I'm not sure why. So much time wasted to get someone to answer the phone and then told all appointments have gone. God save us all as I really have given up
The incompetence is strong in this surgery and its satellites in Horsford and St Faiths. Not even an internal mail system so if HQ needs a document it’s up to the patient to get it to Drayton as opposed to dropping it in to one of the potentially closer satellite surgeries.
