Just been for a usual fortnightly visit as I’m on strong pain killers and have been for a long time. My usual Gp left on Wednesday which was devastating for me. He was the only one who followed things through. In April I fractured my wrist so I phoned and was told by a receptionist that their urgent care department had opened. Horrible experience with Sweta Rani who was unnecessarily rude. Never booking appointments with her ever again
I think Drayton medical centre has got lot problems it is not run properly they think about money to much they don't look after the people that come in to centre i do not recommend anyone go there
Tammy is extremely rude. The Doctors are great but I won’t be coming back because I don’t want to be yelled at by Tammy. She talks in a very loud and dominating way which not being straight, it is just RUDE. Very unprofessional.
