OMG, what a jerk. Took my money, then could care less about the filth that was left behind. He cleaned the fireplace then left all the soote on the carpeting. Lots of filth that was not taken care of prior to move it. Rain came into 4 different places, he never took care of it. Delayed my move in, then let me move into some serious filth.
