PROS: Very many... Beautiful homes, love the neighborhood, huge lots for each home. CONS: Landscaping! It's their only real con but its a big one! The first thing people notice when home shopping is the outside (design) of a home and the lawn and this is where Hughston Homes lacks. Very patchy SOD, even worst backyards, literally everyone is left to rebuild their entire lawns. Just a few more hundred dollars per lawn during construction would have ensured a more beautiful finish and actual grass for every lawn! PS. Will chan... read more
Beautiful homes on large lots.
This place is very nice, the homes are very attractive with some small details that could sway a person to buy a home here, the only issue is the distance to the metro area, if country living is what you’re looking for then look no further
