Friendly but can't get an appointment close in time. Had to wait 1 year for a hygienist appointment. Moved dentists and got an appointment within 2 weeks

After a few years without a dentist and previous bad experiences I’m glad to have found Drayton Dental. Everyone is so kind, treatment is superb and made as painless as possible. Special thanks to Dentist Marina who is a real credit to the practice.

Been trying to contact yourselves for a week to book my annual checkup, with no success , made three phone calls , no answer , left a message, no call call back even tried booking on line ,still no response Very very disappointing with the service. The trouble is this also happened last year and I had to go into the practice, so clearly nothing has changed,once you get an appointment service is really good, really poor for a private service.

Best practice in Norwich. Nay, the world! Vasiliki and the hygienists I have seen have always provided me with second to none care. Sophie, the practice manager is so kind, courteous and helpful; any request is not a request unheard and she always responds to any query timely, respectfully and politely. Fantastic team all around. 100% recommended.

Great dentist and hygienist Very rude practice manager
