Knowledgable, friendly, and personable. Your treatment is very important to them.
Quad Rupture MedBridge GO app is extremely helpful. Mara and Heather were thorough, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Jess was upbeat and helpful as well. I had opportunity to go to Drayer location closer to my home after a few weeks but wouldn’t trade them for anyone! Finally graduated after almost 6 months postop, but still using the app and the new exercises added to app by Heather on graduation day.
Phenomenal staff! I have been through 4 knee replacements with them. Yes I said 4. Two to each knee. They always knew when to stop when things were not going as expected. Great advocates. They were also my greatest motivater when things went well but also when I needed a shoulder to cry on. I would highly recommend Drayer in Fallston for PT. Thank you Mara, Heather and Jess. You work amazing as a team. Forever grateful to all of you!
