RecommendedTo be honest, I had low expectations when my doctor recommended physical therapy in an attempt to possibly avoid surgery on my ankle and foot. When Madison asked me for my goals at my first visit, I said I'd like to go down stairs and walk across uneven ground like a normal person and with no pain. I joked that I'd like to be able to run again but followed that by saying "...but that isn't going to happen."
