Very easy to deal with, top service. £400 better on price than competitors for my clutch replacement. Even though I live in Oxford i'l now travel to here for any of my car issues.
This is NOT a reliable garage. They may have reasonable hourly rates, but it's offset by the fact that they take impossibly long to complete tasks. I left a car with them for 2.5 hours, and was told it was 4.2 hours work on the bill upon collection, which is impossible. What makes this worse, is that amateurs tend to complete the same job in significantly less than 4 hours - for professional mechanics, it should've taken even less! Welding & MOT These boys have massively helped me out here, can’t recommend enough. Nothing but professional service with excellent communication, if I had to recommend a garage it would be this one.
My new favourite garage! Even though there was a great service from the last garage I went to, unfortunately they couldn't see me today so tried Draycott at my colleague's recommendation. They saw me on the same day at short notice and did a custom build repair for my exhaust in just a few hours at a great price.
