An amazing garage!! They had my KIA in back in April for a new clutch, which we then found out it needed a clutch actuator as well. They kept us well informed about what was going on and also how much it was going to cost. They now have in my partners Vauxhall in due to it not starting, they have been very thorough and again have kept us in the loop with everything at every step of the way. Excellent garage. They had my Jaguar in for a full service, quoted me a price and when I collected it the final bill was cheaper than quoted because they had shopped around and got better pricing before I arrived....I'm amazed that they passed the savings on to me!!! Highly recommended.
Took my car in for a headlight issue. The guys did a diagnosis and advised on parts all along the way, making sure I knew exactly what I was paying for, and why. Their goal was to make sure I didn't need to take it to the dealer at any point so I didn't end up paying an arm and a leg. It was my first time using them on recommendation from a friend and cannot fault them and will continue to use Drayycott in the future.
Great service from Draycott Engineering today. We were about to set off on a long trip for my daughter’s wedding and the car wouldn’t start. Draycott squeezed us in, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part in and fitted within about 90 mins to get us on the road. We’re very grateful, thank you!
Fantastic service today, I needed some number plates fitted urgently, it was snowing and freezing and they did this for me with no charge and a smile, I’m really thankful. Just a lovely gesture thank you!
