I recently purchased a unit at Waverley Gardens built by Draycon Building, and I’ve been really impressed. The quality of the unit is excellent, with a great layout and a high standard of finishes throughout. The building itself is also very well maintained, with the common areas always clean and well looked after. Overall, it’s clear that a lot of care has gone into both the construction and ongoing presentation of the development. Absolutely disappointed with Draycon Building, mainly because of Nidal Hamdan. His behaviour is completely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. He has no regard for clients or colleagues and shows zero communication skills or accountability. It’s honestly embarrassing for a company like Draycon to have someone like him representing their name. He drags the whole team down and gives the business a terrible reputation.
