He was quick to respond to emails and kept me updated throughout the process, spent plenty of time with me during the site visit to clarify all my questions, and made all adjustments to the design that we asked for. Mark worked with us to design a unique, combined-living design for a rural build in FNQ where a couple of generations and siblings can live together on an acreage.
