I had a builder grade cabinet, the drawer had failed structurally, and I definitely did not want to replace the entire cabinet. I was very pleased with the drawer. I am someone who had no idea what to order. But the person on the phone was very helpful every step of the way. Without her, I would never have placed the order. My husband and I were able to replace the drawer with our very limited skills. i definitely will order from you again as more of our cabinets need replacement. Thank you.
We placed our first order with this company a year ago and were extremely satisfied with the quality, therefore placed a larger order just recently. We ordered more replacement drawers, and also ordered their slow close drawer glides. Our contractor was unable to get the glides to work (One of them was even broken). We tried to return them, and they would not cover the cost to ship them back. In the end it would have cost us more to ship them back than the credit we would have received. Great quality at a fair price. Helpful and fast service. You do need to creat an account though. I ordered 2 assembled drawers. The dovetails and bottom fit perfectly. Definitely will continue business as I upgrade the other drawers. -Calvin
