Just want to say thank you so much Rosetta for helping to get our blind fixed. Given we bought them ages ago you could have easily had the attitude of “not my problem”. Instead you went above and beyond to source the replacement part, organise a technician and get it all sorted for us. We know where to come when we update our blinds again. This kind of service is so rare these days.
I had an excellent experience with Drapery Concepts for my curtains and blinds. From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly helpful, experienced, and professional. A special mention to Rosetta, whose guidance throughout the whole process made everything so easy. She took the time to understand my style and needs, offered great advice, and ensured every detail was perfect. The quality and installation were outstanding, and the final result has completely transformed my home. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
