It was great that the drapes and shade were removed and reinstalled by the company. The guys that came were great. We are a bit disappointed that the drapes shrunk as much as they did. Before they were removed they were just kissing the floor. Now most of it is 1/2 to 1 inch shorter. One drape on one end is about 5 inches short. They steamed the drapes but still a lot of wrinkles. We were told “over time” they will “stretch out”. I can’t see 5 inches of stretch.
I have very nice Hunter Douglas Blinds, but very large, and the cords were not working. The Blind company came to my home removed the blinds and put temporary shades in. They returned them within 2 weeks completely repaired. Such a great service to have, and the price was right!
