It is a wonderful family owned business, they take pride in their customer service and have many options for shades, blinds, window treatments and rugs. These guys are great… I’ve purchased a couple times from them and recently did a big project with Hunter Douglas products… the sales and installation teams were awesome!
We recently ordered shades through Drapery Affair and installed them ourselves. Upon comparing two of the chain pulls noticed one was not aligned properly of course after a few weeks of use it jammed. Drapery Affair was able to fix it in house with new parts. Great customer service through the whole process of ordering and now.
I would recommend everyone use Drapery Affair. The service and installation is great. Garrett Donald helped me pick out the perfect window coverings and Mario came to measure. I got my window coverings installed just as promised and on time. They are beautiful!
