I had an exam for the first time with Dr Fellows. My overall experience was not good! Felt like cattle being ushered in and out. I paid my co-pay at the time of service. My appt was in March of this year. I have not heard from them since, Until yesterday they sent me a 390.00 bill for an eye exam!! Are you kidding me?!?!?! Doesn’t reflect the 100 I already paid. Will never be back!
Great vision care center with friendly staff
If you are looking for an AMAZING ophthalmologist then look no further!!!!!! Dr. Fellows and his team are very kind, attentive, and competent. Would highly recommend to anyone.
We followed Dr. Fellows to this location because he is the best. He knows his patients and is very thorough. He helped diagnose another health condition for someone in our family because he is so knowledgeable and thorough. His staff is friendly and professional. I appreciate their relaxed and competent style. Even if the location is not convenient for where we live, it is worth the drive.
Not recommended at all ... Dr. Bradley does not answer questions and does not give you the chance to explain your issue!!
