The exam was great, but it took a while to get my glasses because of the lab which the business is required to use due to my VSP insurance. They had to redo the glasses, but it took over 30 days. I don’t believe the business has control over that. I changed my review to four stars. I wasn’t getting an updates from The Vision care center and had to call, but I got the glasses finally and they are good and the mountains are beautiful. And the reading lenses are fine.
I went in on May 12, 2026 and I was told her to take 10 days to make my glasses. It’s been 31 days and nobody notifies me anything and I don’t have my glasses. Disappointed. When I called the office, all I can do is leave a message. I was told two weeks ago. They would be early next week By the end of the week or early in the next week. Nobody’s even bothered to tell me what’s going on. Not happy with this business. Exam was OK. Hopefully, it was accurate.
We came here after having negative experiences at a nearby Draper eye clinic that would try to upsell me and all my children at every appt. This clinic was perfect, they run on time, doctor is knowledgeable and isn’t trying to scam you. Glad to have found Draper Vision Care Center!
I had an exam for the first time with Dr Fellows. My overall experience was not good! Felt like cattle being ushered in and out. I paid my co-pay at the time of service. My appt was in March of this year. I have not heard from them since, Until yesterday they sent me a 390.00 bill for an eye exam!! Are you kidding me?!?!?! Doesn’t reflect the 100 I already paid. Will never be back!
