I always buy Draper Valley Chicken because it is raised in the North West. However, lately when I get it at QFC, and it says "air chilled", it comes out half the size it was when I put it in the oven to bake! I am not kidding, there is so much more room in the pan you wouldn't believe it! I'm wondering if they are plumping it up by injecting liquid or something? Because I have only noticed this in the last several months. What is going on???
