First time ever having a cavity filled. Was apprehensive. Asked if we could use the laser & the Dr. obliged. No need for a shot, but I don't think even if it had been a strictly drill procedure it would have been different. After it was all done he sealed the rest of the tooth to avoid future problems.
Excellent dental work at a fair and reasonable price. But even more importantly, they care about their patients. Easy to do business with, great scheduling options, and personable service. Modern equipment.
Very disappointed in the quality of service your office provides! I recommend people to go to your office because I got great service and that clearly was a fluke. As a suggestion for future patients I would STOP texting patience offering them if they can come in an early date/appointment if you’re not going to even schedule it. This might not mean anything to you or your office but other people’s time matter. GO ELSEWHERE! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!
The hygienists have been good for the most part, but Dr. Rubisch has made me not want to return. Every single time I get a cleaning he asks me if I want braces, and every single time I decline. I finally told him that I like my smile the way it is and he raised his eyebrows and replied with a surprised "Oh really?!" Great punch to my self esteem, and just a really unprofessional (and rude) reaction.
I have been patient of Doctor Rubish for more than 14 years. His staff always friendly and very professional. Melanie the dental hygienist is excellent, she does a very good work and Dr. Rubish always making sure that your teeth are in good shape, he won’t sell you anything that you don’t need.
