I cannot say enough about Randy and his team’s professionalism and response time to a potentially dangerous problem we were having at our house. Thankfully Randy was able to identify the problem quickly and had his team show up within the hour to fix our electrical problem. His quick response to our electrical issue saved us from a potentially disastrous situation. I highly recommend Draper Electric Ltd. I wish I could them 10 stars!! My recently installed backup generator shut down in a cloud of smoke during a power outage due to a mistake I had made months ago. I contacted Draper and the owner was in my driveway almost immediately. (I was shocked.) He examined the problem, called the manufacturer and worked out a path forward within the hour. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent experience with Draper Electric. Randy was a fantastic technician who really came through for us more than once. He was professional, knowledgeable, and dependable, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. Draper Electric comes highly recommended — you will not be disappointed!
Need another appointment. ( house issue not the result of last trip). Shae said he would be here around 11. Texted on his was around 9:30. Problem solved. I really like competent people. Amazing service. Called at 2:40. Owner calls me and says there us a guy at my door...lol. Shae comes in. Professional fixes my problem. Less than 1 5 hour from the time of my call. If I could give 6 stars I would.
Sent an inquiry to Draper Electric last night about a consult for some work I was looking at having done. Randy emailed me this morning asking if I was available for 9am. He came down and helped me understand the full scope of my request and outlined some options to consider. Was friendly and very professional. Thanks for the help!
