Just recently, this clinic sent me medical information about someone else. At the beginning of the year, it took a month for them to figure out how prior authorizations work. I was out of a drug I need to live a quality life, for a month due to incompetence and them unwilling to call my pharmacy benefits. Dr. Prestwich is nearly impossible to see due to him only doing doctoral work two or three days of the week, his paperwork, which is clearly mishandled, is more important than patient care. I really value and appreciate Kim Bluth and the care she provides, which is why this review is difficult to leave. Unfortunately, the new office system and scheduling protocols have made it extremely hard to actually access care. Getting an appointment feels nearly impossible now, communication is frustrating, and the process has become so complicated that patients are struggling to be seen in a timely manner. Poor customer service.
We’ve been patients at this clinic for over 10 years. Overall, we’ve had good experiences in the past, but this recent situation was extremely disappointing. A critical prescription refill was delayed for four days despite multiple follow-ups. My wife even went to the clinic in person, where she was told the prescription would be sent that day — it wasn’t. Now it’s Friday, and she’s left waiting until Monday without her medication.
