WORST place you can go to if you are trying to establish care as a new patient. Save your time and go somewhere that actually cares. Most definitely stay away from provider Acevedo.
I love my doc and the staff, but whatever this new system is they just upgraded to is garbage. I have been trying to get a prescription refilled since 09/10/25, today is 09/22/25. I have called 5 different days and all they say is "it looks like it didn't get pushed through". 5 times.....?? Serious upgrades are needed ASAP.
Terrible service, fasted all day for labs and got to the lab at 4 50; posted hours until 5 p m. They told me they were closed for the night and refused to see me

My family & I have been with Family Medicine at Draper Clinic for over 10 years & haven’t had any problems until this year. We don’t have to go in a lot. It has gotten much harder to get an appointment. I got pretty sick in May and went to my Dr. He sent me home despite good evidence I had pneumonia. They told me they’d call with results on my chest X-ray and I simply got an electronic message that it was “unremarkable.” I ended up at InstaCare the next night because my fever was so high and I was so sick.
