I had called roughly 40-45 lenders when trying to get pre-qualified and they all were either uninterested to dig into my 1099 work, or didn't know how to but Joe Anthony from D&K was there from the beginning to help me out. I can't stress this enough- Joe got me into my home that I just closed on last Friday. Without him, none of this would be possible. If you are in the market and need a lender, don't waste your time, and go to D&K and ask for Joe. 10/10
As stressful as buying a home can be, we had a wonderful experience. Beth Eagen was helpful, informative and highly communicative. The app was easy to use too. Highly recommend!
Chris Brady was wonderful to work with. He is very attentive, easy to get in touch with and easy to work with. I can't have imagined a better experience.
Chris Brady and his whole team were excellent! He was always available for any questions we had and was super fast at responding. He always explained things to us fully and felt he was always straight with us. You can't find a better guy to do your mortgage than Chris! I would highly recommend him! He made the process as painless as can be and is a very friendly and personable guy to boot! We love our new home and we thank Chris and his team for making it all possible!
