I was referred by my Aunt to Draper and Krammer who has done several loans with them over the past 10 years. I worked with Kim ****** and she was wonderful. The entire process was so easy, just fill out the online application and provide all the documents they request. Kim was always available to answer any questions I had. I didn't have this experience when I purchased my first house through Navy Federal a few years back, in fact, I could never get a hold of the loan officer. I had the worst experience of my life dealing with DK mortgage at McLean office, VA. The loan officer & his team are the least communicable people that I have ever dealt with. They didn't provide me the final CD 3-days prior to closing. Not only they failed to abide by LAW, they made me sign a 3-day initial (not final) CD waiver by scaring me that, if I don't do I will fail to close.
