Crest at Las Colinas Station Review DO NOT BE FOOLED! Most of the raving reviews seem to come from people who simply took a tour and never actually lived here. I genuinely tried to give this place a chance, but living here became exhausting and honestly depressing. Doesn't pay their invoices to vendors on time, makes them wait til the insurance policies expire so they have to pay approval again, repeat year after year. Approved at time of service and weeks after invoices are sent and received. Then when past dues go out they call and say "Oh your no longer approved we will not release check until you are", so have to spend more money to get your money. Zero stars. Oh and if you try and call the corporate office you get enter an extension no other options.
They keep cutting basic amenities at bell tower flats mckinney texas !! Its a shame !! This can't be luxury !! Dirtiest carpets, elevators not working, stains everywhere, lobby ac not working etc High rent and zero promises of keeping community clean !!
These people scam you out of a $400 administration fee when they reject your rental application. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Avoid this company
