We recently had drapes made and installed by Drape Expectations for a luxury retail space. The added touch of drapes truly finished the space and the quality and care with which all the details were handled was second to none. Thank you!
Had used them for years as a trade professional. Owned my own design business for 31 years. Towards the end of using them, they did not keep appointment times, interacted with clients without my knowledge, discussed financials with the clients although I was the paying party and unprofessionally spoke poorly of other trade people as well as clients current and past. I would not recommend them at all, to anyone! Talented yes, professionalism and worth the hassle....hardly!
I’ve worked with Cynthia and team on all types of jobs - small, large, residential, and commercial. She’s excellent and foreseeing issues and determining how to fix or work around them. Her work is accurate and she doesn’t stop until the job is finished! Definitely recommend!
