I’ve worked with Matt since May helping to manage one of his cabins; I can only say good things….he’s polite, honest, pays me 3 days earlier the majority of the time and has always been good to his word, the kind of man you can shake his hand and it’s as good as being on paper. These scammers sent an unsolicited offer for the land my house is on for less than $5k. I suspect they prey on old people not understanding what they are reading and steal their homes.
I completed two transactions with this team. The process was seamless. They closed both deals very quickly at the price we agreed to. I was very happy and I got my money (smile). They conducted business with high integrity and I would do business with them again in the future.
