The company runs a scam through the post office because they don't provide proof of delivery. They won't ship your order, just keep your money and say that is was shipped and delivered. Then they'll claim it's the Post Office's fault and refuse to refund the money or actually ship the product. Don't buy. You'll never get what you ordered and you'll never see your money again.

Dramms sprinklers are garbage. I’ve thrown 2 away in 2 years. The current one broke and Dramms customer service said they have no sprinklers in stock to send me a replacement until August. None at your warehouse? Dramm, stop telling your employees to lie and stand behind your lifetime warranty like you preach.

I would have to say that drama is the best company I have ever bought from. Absolutely awesome products that last forever and they’re one of the few companies that stands 100% behind their products. I’ve used their equipment for decades and have zero quality complaints. If I could give them six stars, I would.

Bought a case of watering wands. Every single one leaks. This can't possibly be the only ones that leak. I can only assume they've had this complaint before. They refused to do anything about it. Don't Purchase! Horrible product!
