I have owned Dramm watering attachments for years. Recently one of them developed a leak at the on/off toggle. I took a few minutes to fill out their online form, and sent pictures of the issue and within a week, they mailed me a BRAND NEW identical hand held hose nozzle sprayer. I am super impressed with their excellent customer service. Tammy is the representative that took care of me. Thanks so much Tammy! I'm sure I'll have many more years of watering my flowers with my new nozzle.
This is a great company that stands behind their products.Dramm Is manufactured right here in Wisconsin the good old USA. The watering wand was made with quality materials and is built to last a lifetime. They standby their warranty and I would recommend their products to all. Are they a little bit more expensive? Yes they are but they have an excellent warranty and they create jobs and are manufactured 100% in Wisconsin.
I was looking for a reliable sprinkler, one that had good coverage, and it had to be adjustable. I have over 30 year's experience with hardware sprinklers all designed to fail after a couple of years. I chose the Dramm 15001. It has more than I wanted, it exceeded my expectations. Great products and Customer Service is top notch and helpful!
Very poor customer service -- I would give it a zero if possible. I have a $30 Dramm Water Wand that stopped working properly that had a "Lifetime Guarantee" I contacted customer service and sent pictures. I was asked to send pictures of the wand coming on full force and then dribbling (which I sent). I was asked to send a picture of the hose that attached to the wand (which I sent). I also verified that the hose was "fully on". The last email asked me the GPM -- which I had no idea what that meant -- I looked it up on the i... read more
