Purchased a wall hung toilet throughout b&q website. Item arrived in 2 different day, but with no updates or advise it will be split in 2 packages, I had to sped an hour on the phone with customer service to find that out. The toilet seat arrived damaged had a crack on it, but we realised later on. Tried to contact them to ask for a replacement, but they will not exchange has damaged need to be declare prior acceptance of delivery. Horrible customer service, avoid it!
Absolutely avoid - held up a large renovation project and went silent when seeking updates on shipment - did not ship items
Trade as Gravahaus through B and Q warehouse. Broken toilet pan delivered, they refused to replace it, I had to get my money back through my credit card company.
This company hides under the umbrella of B&Q… avoid this company it thinks it can resolve failed toilet cisterns by email, I received a damaged flush plate on a wall hung toilet frame, everything installed over week or so, plastering, tiling etc. went to fit the flush plate straight out of an unopened box and it was scratched, so I fitted it to give the customer a usable toilet. But due to fitting I broke there T&C’s This company doesn’t work in the real world, no common sense. A disgrace!!!
Avoid Dramco Limited at all costs. I ordered a shower tray via B&Q, which arrived twisted and completely unusable. I reported the defect the same day (18 April) and followed up multiple times by email, live chat, and phone — yet over a month later, the tray still hasn’t been collected and I haven’t received a refund. Their customer service is non-existent. My complaint was ignored, I received no apology, and they have made zero effort to resolve the issue. I had to source and pay for a replacement myself.
