Great people, great service!
The place was fine. Is it a giant corporation with fancy chairs, not really. They helped me when I needed it and apparently the medical director/owner is local. Sounds like a good start to improving the health care system.
Drako’s is such a wonderful asset to our community. We have been to both this location and Liverpool and have had nothing but good experiences. The providers are friendly and helpful. We have never had to wait very long, especially compared to other urgent care settings. On our last visit my son had a laceration in his chin. The provider was so kind and patient and walked him through everything she was doing, and he left feeling much better and with a hand full of stickers and a gem stone for Valentine’s Day. Great staff..very efficient- addressed our concerns with compassion
My neighbor recommended I go here instead of wellnow, glad I did, the dr was very thorough and professional, they didn’t have an X-ray tech available until 5 pm so the dr gave me 3 options, to come back at 5, or get a script for st joes imaging or somewhere else, I got a script for st joes imaging. The dr diagnosed me with pneumonia and sent my meds right over to the pharmacy. She said she’d call me with xray results tonight, unfortunately st joes imaging didn’t get the results sent over tonight but the dr called me tonight ... read more
