This is a HORRIBLE place to rent a suite. As I have a friend that rents here I’ve noticed they do business very horrible. They do not have any mercy on tenants - you miss rent you get temporary evicted. They are QUICK to send tenants to collections ruining their credit. They do not work on maintenance and repairs on the DPS. They don’t care about their tenants one bit!
