Extremely poor service, possibly the worst I have ever received. Was told 4 week build. Excuss after excuse, would never return texts, calls, ect. Would have to stop in all the time to see what was going. After 13 weeks at his shop I was able to use my boat. 1.5 hours of use and the motor blew. Took to another shop for inspection. Loose clamps, wrong size hoses, broken and stripped bolts, cross threaded bolts, the list goes on and on. Quality is not at all in this shops vocabulary. Great shop hands down again I was hacked and can't change the review that was first posted.
I was hacked this was not my review, this is the best shop in the fox valley.
I don't even know where to start. Not only has Mark Drake messed up my boat to the point of needing a full rebuild, I have witnessed so much more in the last year of helping him out around his shop. When Mark is not busy smoking meth in the bathroom of his shop, he is committing insurance fraud. He has also stolen 2 motors out of a boat he was supposed to be inspecting to send out to auction for a client, just to put them in his son's used boat.
