Excellent customer service and follow up
This was the first time dealing with Drakes, and we were so very pleased. We ordered 2,000 Ponderosa Pines. Dealing with Savannah and others was pleasant. If we left messages, calls were returned promptly, and all was attended to professionally and friendly. What we received in product looked wonderful. We will work with Drakes again, without any hesitancy and with great pleasure.
