Terrible. Slow response. Broke lock on minivan administering lockout service. Said no connection between failure and their work even though wouldn't lock after they unlocked it. Claimed problem with lock per Honda Service Bulletin. Bulletin didn't apply to my model and year and didn't describe to problem. Somehow got the BBB to buy their sleeze with my claim. Avoid them. Unscrupulous and incompetent liars!
