Tom Drake took a 3000 dollar retainer to sue fdp. After he got discovery pack he declined the case because and I quote "I work with these people everyday. " And never refunded the 3000. FYI the person that wanted to file the case died from medical negligence at BVH cpl months later.ODD I Say
Best lawyer anywhere most honest great lawyer and friend
Tom did not a handle my case with professionalism. He was not timely in responding when contacted and filed paperwork with missing information to the courts causing delays and incurring additional costs to my case. I do not recommend.
