Woman was rude for no reason. Went in sober and started off polite. I can’t say this women did the same. Don’t go here. This woman obviously just wants the customers to leave.
Business response:
Apparently the story here is that Mr. Dunsmoor came in for some papers, and accidentally purchased the wrong ones, and was rather upset when informed that we cannot return any tobacco products, including papers. This led to him throwing a fit, storming out, and almost getting into an accident in our parking lot in his rush to drive away. We appreciate you being sober, rudeness, however, not so much.
Drake's is one of the best stores in town for craft beer. They have a vast selection of singles, including some hard-to-find beers. The liquor selection is fairly respectable as well.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff, great selection. Definitely my go-to beer store. I also like that i can reserve beers.
I've been in 3 separate times over the past several months and have left empty handed each time. Probably the best selection of craft beer in Kalamazoo. Friendly workers. Outrageously high prices. I shop at a lot of places and compare prices. I just can't buy from Drake's because of the price tags.
