After sale they don't want anything to do with you! Ouner not very pleasant! I have heard alot of negatively from neighbors, family and friends! Will not be dealing with this Co. again and word of mouth means alot!
We had our riding lawnmower serviced at this company because it would not start. This company picked the lawnmower up, and they determined that the problem was a spark plug. They replaced it, brought it back and left it in our driveway. When we went to start it to put it in our garage, the lawnmower would not start. My husband and I had to push the lawnmower into our garage, had my brother test the battery and found that it needed to be replaced. Business response:
The machine started for us after the spark plug was replaced. We never had any issue with the battery. We started the tractor at least 5 times the day we returned it without any problem. We left it outside at he customers house with their permission. It was a very cold day and the battery could have been low after numerous short runs to load it on an off out trailer.
