Scott was a nice guy and that’s where our experience ends. As far as building codes everything that gets inspected by the local building inspector passed, but inspections only include mechanicals. Finish work plaster, hanging doors baseboards and casing is another story. His finish carpenter just slapped our house together. Heavy three panel doors hung with brad nails that held for a short time, and then the door jam pulled out of plumb and the the doors swing by open if not latched.
