I had oral surgery by Dr. Exstrom a week ago for a front upper tooth that broke off at the gum line. I thought it would be a difficult procedure to remove the tooth, but to my surprise it was amazingly quick and painless. First he coated my gum with a solution, so that I would not feel the needle to deaden the area for the tooth removal.
