I made an appointment between 8 and 830, no one contacted me when I called them at 930. I then asked when a service technician would be out. They asked if they could call me back. When they called back she asked if tomorrow would be okay. I took the day off of work for this appointment. Horrible just horrible

They will cause you more problems and headaches than you’re currently dealing with. The only reason we had them out is because the insurance we have with American water sent them. First we will discuss how rude and unprofessional their “secretary” is. She will talk to you like you are dog shit on the bottom of her shoe with such a bad attitude like she hates her job and talking to people… she shouldn’t have a customer service job! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about what they have to offer. The technician was friendly and organized with the work he performed.
