A very kind man, with an excellent bedside manner, Dr Duckworth radiates concern and care, and I’m lucky to have found myself under his care.
Dr. Drake is the most caring physician I have ever had. I know that it is difficult being my doctor. I have a lot going on but He prayed with me. Love this guy. My children feel the same way. The front desk people, the staff, the patients have nothing to do with Dr. Drake. He is great. Check him out.
I called the office again, they should train their staff on how to answer and speak on a phone with basic politeness. She acted like I was annoying her. -10-15-24. Then half their doctors don't want to work on Fridays so its a complete waste of time even dealing with this office. DO NOT CALL HERE!!!! I called the office at 4:30p and was on a 30min. hold and never reached a person. I assumed their office had closed. I called again the next morning and had over an hour hold and still no answer.
