We recently hired Drew from Drake to do a full rebuild from after an unfortunate flood to our 3 story condo building in South Boston. The whole building was pretty much torn down to the studs. There was a ton of work to be done to bring the building up to code as well- building, plumbing, electric, sprinklers, insulation, etc. Drew’s team did a fantastic job with the renovations and even supported the project with design ideas for a couple of the bathrooms.
