I was scared to go. It's been several years since I've been to the dentist and I was afraid of what I'd hear. They were so kind and thorough and I love my hygenist!
My hygienist was amazing, very considerate and as gentle as possible with the normal scraping she had to do. She told me about places I could brush/floss better and explained each thing she was doing and why. The dentist was very nice, welcoming and answered my questions. I've already made my next visits!! Very pleased.
I walked in today feeling really nervous, like the Lion in Wizard of Oz! Taylor, my hygienist, assured me that there was nothing to fear. I had a deep cracked tooth with some exposure. It was never affected. She was gentle but thorough. We had great conversations the entire dental visit. Dr Mallard was also, very reassuring I highly recommend Drake Dental South.
This facility is wonderful, and the staff is exceptional! From the moment I switched to their office, everyone has been incredibly understanding, patient, and friendly. Taylor is a fantastic hygienist—I always look forward to my visits with her!
We had a fantastic first experience at Drake dental. Nicole is absolutely amazing with kids!
