Place is completely unorganized. I left my car with them for an entire week while I was on vacation. All it needed was the AC recharged. I came back to nothing completed because the notes were lost and not saved in the system. Nice having a car to drive kids around with no AC and it’s 95 degrees this week. Just go to Tuffy and avoid this disaster.
While it did take them a little while to get my brake pads and rotors done (a little over 24 hours), they were very reasonable and responsive the entire process. As long as you understand that this is a small shop that may take a bit longer than the giant repair shops, this is the place to go
I've been there three different occasions. Twice they found nothing of concern and charged me nothing for the time to look at my car. The most recent time they diagnosed and fixed my issue for under $40. Now I know I can trust them when something bigger comes up.
I had a battery issue with my car. The guy was super nice and helped me by providing the jump starter kit. He was very knowledgable too. I will return again for my auto needs
