Strongly recommended. Ben was the third plumbing technician to help out with a seriously clogged drain pipe. We really didn't want to go through the hassle and added expense of cutting out drywall and replacing the drain pipe. He was on the road and yet able to pick up my call and juggle his schedule to fit in my service call and arrived within an hour. I’ve been using Benny for years now and wouldn’t consider calling anyone else. He’s incredibly responsive, always quick to answer or get back to me, and no job is ever too small for him to take on. His work is always clean, professional, and thorough, with great attention to detail. On top of that, his pricing is very fair and reasonable. What a great experience I just had with Benjamin at Draintain! We had three relatively new toilets not flushing properly. We were concerned by the fact that all three failed around the same time and there could be blockage of the vent stack. Benjamin responded very quickly to my call.
