My garbage disposal started making a terrible noise that sounded like it was going to break apart. I called and spoke with Bud and told him I wanted it replaced. He came by with his business partner (sorry, bad with names) and they came out within an hour or so. Instead of just giving me an estimate to replace it, they started feeling around inside it.
