Only time I would suggest this company is if you like being ripped off. I finally got tired of drains plus scams and decided to call out a different company after being told my tank did not have an inlet baffle and that it would be $2000 to fix. I decided why not call someone else out to get a bid. I called the rooter guys out which they sent a licensed plumber not just some random guy with a cdl thinking he knows everything about septic. Charlie was great on the phone when I called to schedule septic pumping. She worked us into the schedule for the next day as we were experiencing potential septic problems. Paul worked late to get our tank done without postponing another day. He was polite and efficient. Did a great job and answered all my questions. Thanks for helping us out. Tim from Drains Plus serviced my septic tank today. He was prompt, polite, professional and pleasant to talk to. I wasn't sure where the tank lid was, but Tim found it quickly. He carefully removed the grass and dirt, placing it on a tarp to avoid damaging my lawn. After the pump was finished, Tim replaced the dirt and grass and my lawn looked great!
