Tim from Drains Plus serviced my septic tank today. He was prompt, polite, professional and pleasant to talk to. I wasn't sure where the tank lid was, but Tim found it quickly. He carefully removed the grass and dirt, placing it on a tarp to avoid damaging my lawn. After the pump was finished, Tim replaced the dirt and grass and my lawn looked great! I had another plumber cancel last minute and Chris was able to come out the same day to fix our problem. He even showed us some tips/tricks on how to do things, and got our drain system draining perfectly again. Our washer drain system just needed a new vent, and he went to our local Ace and bought the part & replaced it. Thank you so much!
