Had the guys out to clear my blocked toilet and hot water not working. Cleared the drain very efficiently, identified the issues and marked them which was unfortunately under my slab, I was very worried about cutting up my bathroom but no, very straightforward job for the boys at drains kleen. Hot water system was also due for replacement and they were able to fit me in same day to do a reline repair to prevent cutting up the slab and also replaced my hot water system whilst onsite. Nick and Lachi came to investigate drainage issues we were having at our new build in an established suburb. They located the broken pipe, cleaned out the buildup of rubbish and continually explained the issues and possible solutions. They were on time, had great communication and were very efficient.
