I have used drains done rite twice now. The first time roughly 10+ years ago to clean out the main line due to tree roots and again a few days ago at a rental when the main line backed up. The pricing is very reasonable and the technician arrived within the estimated time frame provided.
He should name his co. Drains done wrong. We hired him 3 times and each time I asked him if he would clean the sink drain pipe. He said it was ok. A few days ago the sink was 100% clogged. It cost me $850. The plumber who fixed it said that he never did it because if he breaks the pipe, he is liable. So it got worse and worse over the years. Thanks Don.
I called another place prior to calling Drains Done Rite..I waited all day for the other plumbing company to show up they never did after calling them several times only to be told your next on the list..I called Drains Done Rite..They said they would be there in 1 and a half hours..They pulled up when I got home ..from work which was less than the hour and a half... They pin pointed the problem and fixed it..Very Very reasonable...I will be calling them in the near future as I need other work done..and I will be highly reco... read more
A drain clog never occurs at your convenience. Fortunately this company responded within several hours and fixed our problem. He was courteous and knowledgeable with a price that was well under multiple competitors. I will definitely use this company in the future.
